Welcome to Selltsy, a sales performance analytics and competitor analytics application designed for small businesses on the Etsy platform. By using our website or app, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, whether you are a registered user or not.

Services and Eligibility

Selltsy offers analytics services to registered Etsy users who maintain an active Etsy shop and adhere to Etsy's policies and terms of use. You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Fees and Payments

Some of our features and products require payment. By subscribing to a paid feature, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual subscription fee. Payments are charged on a pre-pay basis and cover the designated subscription period. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the applicable period.

You can cancel a paid service at any time in the Account Settings section. If canceled, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Use of the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our app in accordance with this agreement. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any portion of our app or website without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Intellectual Property

Selltsy retains all rights, titles, and interests in our website and app, including all intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part without our prior written consent. If you believe any material on Selltsy.com infringes upon your copyright, please notify us at support@selltsy.com.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Selltsy or its affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from or relating to this agreement, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or if Selltsy was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selltsy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings arising from your use of Selltsy, our website, or our app.
